The second edition of the Ladies Alpine Skiing World Cup at Grand Valira is taking place right now in Andorra. I happened to pick up my press pass and then noticed the ladies had finished their practice runs. Lindsey Vonn was one of the very first athletes I wrote about on Gracie Opulanza, way back in 2013. Over the last few years there has been an increase in sports stars showcasing fashion compared to female models. Lindsey Vonn has been part of this trend for a while, so I was trying to ask her a few questions regarding this. In this interview you will see she has a fun personality and one what amazed me is how well she speaks German.
Most successful American Ski Racer in History
Vonn has become the most successful American ski racer in history. Vonn is one of six women to have won World Cup races in all five disciplines of alpine skiing downhill, super-G, giant slalom, slalom, and super combined and has won 76 World Cup races in her career through February 6, 2016. The 76 World Cup victories are an all-time women’s record, passing Annemarie Moser-Pröll of Austria who had held the record since the 1970s, and only Ingemar Stenmark of Sweden with 86 World Cup victories has more. With her Olympic gold and bronze medals, two World Championship gold medals in 2009 (plus three silver medals in 2007 and 2011), and four overall World Cup titles.
Super G Race Lindsey Wins With Fractured Knee
No one can ever call me a wimp’: Lindsey Vonn sets the fastest time in World Cup Super-G race just a day after fracturing her knee on the slopes. These shots were taken by Gracie Opulanza. Who happened to be there whilst Lindsey took the time to sign the helmet of the helicopter pilot who flew her to hospital straight after an epic crash. Which we all thought at the time that Lindsey was not going to race anymore.
Why Choose To Model For Vogue
I have been very ill this week so I didn’t expect to run into Lindsey so quick. My interview was short and sweet for now. In fact under all that kit of her’s I had to ask if it was her. But common sense prevails and a whole lot of cameras later, it had to be Lindsey Vonn.
I ask three different questions. Why she chooses to model for Vogue? Advice to others that want to follow her career? Of course, how does Lindsey like her men dressed?
